You can complete the form embedded below or click here to open the form in a new tab.

3. General Team and Training Protocols

3.1 Teams with sufficient numbers will be divided into Pods (~15 Players). These training Pods must be kept separate at all times. Any suspected or actual cases of Covid-19 notified to WRFC will trigger isolation of the entire Pods from training activity until test results are confirmed.

3.2 Each Team with sufficient numbers to form Pods will have an assigned Pod Covid Lead. This person ensures that attendance sheets in the club Covid App are completed, pitch-side, on the day of the training, match or club activity.

3.3 If there are not enough players to require Pods, the Section or Team Covid Officer assumes that role.

3.4 All attendees must wash hands prior to arrival.

3.5 Access to dressing rooms and club house facilities is prohibited. Players should try and use bathroom before leaving home but if necessary will be available.

3.6 Parents & guardians not directly involved in training session are not permitted to attend or observe training. Parents must either stay in their vehicle or leave the grounds and return at the appointed collection time.

3.7 Parents & guardians of players with specific medical conditions can remain in the Car Park in case of emergency, providing they adhere to these guidelines.

3.8 For drop off and collection, Know your Zone! This will have been communicated to you prior to Training. Zones are marked here.

3.9 Players must arrive at their designated drop zone no more than 5 minutes prior to session commencing.

3.10 Post Training, players must leave immediately. Collection from appointed drop zone only.

3.11 Hands should be washed and sanitised as soon as possible after training.
