Terms and conditions
By completing the purchase online you consent and agree to the following:
1. General Data Protection Regulation.
Personal data gathered as part of this event is used for the following purposes.
- For registration purposes.
- Attendance record keeping in line with national safeguarding policy.
- Emergency contact details of parents / guardians in the event of an accident occurring.
- To give insight in a general sense as to what works best as a means of getting new female players.
- To contact you with summer camp / membership registration for the upcoming season at the end of this event.
2.Use of Photographic Imagery.
Club officials may take photographs of the activities throughout this event and it may be used to advertise WRFC activities. This may involve the publishing and naming of those photographed.
By proceeding you are consenting the responsible use of this photographic imagery for this purpose.
3. General Behaviour
The IRFU have codes of conduct for Parents, Players and Spectators. Copies of which can be found on here.
By proceeding with the online purchase, you are agreeing that you and your child will abide by these codes of conduct.
4. Payment / Cancellation
Payment for this event is non-refundable. This event is solely aimed at increasing participation of female players and as such the fee of €10 is minimal to as to include as many participants as possible. However, we cannot dictate the weather and in some instances we may have to postpone to a future date or cancel in its entirety.
