Rugby is far more than just a game. The game is supported by a community of volunteers in the form of club officials, referees, helpers, coaches and club members up and down the country. This wider community promotes initiatives that go hand in hand with playing the game of rugby.
The Spirit Of Rugby is an IRFU initiative which includes practical educational programmes that embody and promote the core values of the game – Respect, Inclusivity, Integrity, Fun and Excellence.
Spirit of Rugby aims to support players, coaches, volunteers and parents and its primary purpose is to educate those within the game about their rights and responsibilities on and off the field.
